- STAGE 1:
Leak Sealant When a pipe is leaking and needs to be sealed, the leak sealant acts as the initial layer of repair. Epoxy putties fill cracks where pressure can be isolated. If there is no leak, this stage of the process is skipped.
- STAGE 2:
Damage Repair Damage repair products restore surface profile and integrity by filling external damage caused by corrosion and chemical attack. They also provide full contact and load spreading between the pipe and the composite layer applied at stage 4.
- STAGE 3:
Surface Coating A surface coating of epoxy provides an additional layer of protection from external corrosion, forming an impermeable membrane around pipes, and increasing adhesion to further maximise surface contact with the composite layer.
- STAGE 4:
Fiberglass Wrap Repairs are completed with a Fiberglass wrap which provides a rock-hard, impact resistant shell over the repair. The wrap layer protects pipelines, extends the lifespan of systems, and increases hoop strength and pressure resistance.
- STAGE 5:Ceramic Coating provides a high gloss, low friction coating designed to against turbulence, abrasion and cavitation. Provide smooth, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating after curing.
